Payment Policies and Fees
A signed contract outlining the description of services and payment agreement is required prior to any work being started.
Balance for hourly services is to be paid within 10 days of receipt of invoice.
Monthly retainer fees are due on the first of each month. No exceptions.
Payments can be made in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, or Paypal. If you are an established client we will accept Checks. Flexible payment arrangements can be made for established clients only.
Please be aware that other charges may apply, but will be approved by you before any job should commence. Other charges might include, postage, shipping costs, long distance rates, special software or special office supplies, this will be discussed and approved in advance.
Please note that there will be a $35.00 service fee on all returned checks.
